What does the free trial include?
Everything in the plan you choose — Starter, Professional or Enterprise — for 30 days. Pick Professional to try inventory and full reports, or Enterprise to try loyalty points and customer segments as well.
How long is the trial?
30 days from the moment you confirm your signup.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. You create your account and confirm the trial on a secure Stripe page that does not ask for card details. Nothing is charged during the trial.
What happens after 30 days?
To keep going, add a payment method from the billing settings in your Dinivoo account before the trial ends; your chosen plan then continues and billing starts at the plan price plus 5% UAE VAT. If no payment method has been added, the subscription ends when the trial does.
What happens to my data if I do not subscribe?
It is not deleted. The workspace becomes read-only — you can still sign in and view it — and subscribing later from the billing settings restores full access to the same data.
Can I use the trial for my existing restaurant?
Yes, and that is the point. Set up your real menu, tables, kitchen stations and staff; when you subscribe, you keep working in the same workspace.
How quickly can I get started?
Your account is created as soon as you confirm the trial on Stripe, and a welcome email follows. Sign in straight away and start with your menu.
When can guests order online or by QR code?
You can set up the storefront and QR codes immediately. The guest-facing storefront goes live once the Dinivoo team has activated your restaurant workspace.
